By accessing or using SmartQuizLab (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you represent that you are their parent/guardian (or otherwise have authority) and consent to the child’s use.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You must notify us of unauthorized use or security issues.

If the Service offers paid plans, billing terms will be shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
• You may cancel anytime; access typically continues through the current billing period.
• We may update pricing; changes will apply to future renewals.

If you don’t offer paid plans yet, keep this section and mark it “Not applicable” or remove it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt systems or security.
• Upload malware or abuse rate limits / scraping.
• Harass, bully, or share content that is hateful or abusive.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

You may provide content (for example: quiz prompts, topics, or feedback). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to submit it.

Some features may use AI to generate quiz questions or learning suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it.
• Do not submit sensitive information in prompts (e.g., SSNs, medical details).
• We may log prompts/outputs to improve quality and safety (see Privacy Policy).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Service, you agree to those practices.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example: authentication providers, analytics, or email). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartQuizLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the period required by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
